「托球」


  排球是隔網運動,網子兩邊各有六人,每邊最多擊球三次:第一擊接球,第二擊作球,第三擊再轉成攻擊,將球打過網。每次得分1分,一個完整局25分。


  每個星期四逢固定練球時間,今天學會了「托球」的預備——「持球」。「托球」是以雙手指尖觸球,經過吸收力道,再把球送出去,可以用在接球和作球的動作。「持球」通常會在托球失誤時出現,屬於犯規,它是「收太多」或「放太慢」的托球,動作一樣,只是球在雙手停留時間多了一秒鐘。

  好的托球在觸球瞬間不會發出聲音,且經過收力和反彈,手指手掌是放鬆的。先前一直揣摩不到何謂「吸收力道」和放鬆,手指因手掌張大而僵硬,每次觸球都發出硬撞的聲響。經過學姊指點,原來是我的擊球點太低,即沒有讓球有「被吸收」的空間,只要將手臂舉高接球,就可以控制球的「收放」。再來我必須練習「不持球」,直到真正將托球技巧運用自如。學會持球使我重新燃起希望,「慢慢抓,總會抓到(擊)球點的」,「上手發球」好像也指日可待。

  在PLAY時間遇過平時就是系隊教練的厲害高手,他們皆不吝在我失誤時給予指導;凱開提出部落格想法時、我感到困窘跑去找 時,他們也都說「就是一個練習」。

  我總是受到鼓勵,產生信心便覺接下來的球都能打好了,接下來我可以真正「NO MIND」了。如同托球,學習是從「失誤」中不斷修正,指點是關鍵但短暫的,欲掌握技巧還是得反覆練習。期許自己可以將外力吸納,轉成己身能量再自由運用於外。



題外話:我想分享Leave Out All The Rest 這首歌,是Linkin Park我最喜歡的歌之一。主唱Chester有別於一般常見的Screaming,唱腔很溫柔,就像在說故事一樣。而歌詞也像一篇故事,從一場夢醒來,自問著 ” What am I leaving when I'm done here? ”
